7/8 cup water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup canola oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup honey
2-3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1-1/4 cups white flour
2-1/2 tsp. instant yeast

Divide the dough in half. Divide each half into 3 or 4 and roll strands. Braid. Place on Teflon cookie sheets, or parchment paper lined sheets or into loaf pans.

Let rise for about 1/2 hour in warm location. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour or until the crust is a warm brown and when tapped the challot sound hollow. Place on wire rack to cool.
